Our professional staff will be matched in line with your wishes and preferences. We will ensure that the caregiver assigned to you shares the same hobbies and interests as you.
They will help you to create a timetable and schedule the activities you would like to do e.g. watch a movie together of your choice, play a board game, go for a walk etc.
Shopping, Cooking and Preparing Meals
A regular hearty meal is essential for maintaining good health. We realise that it is important to eat healthy and to enjoy your meals.
We understand the time it takes to prepare healthy food choices however, our caregiver can assist you with shopping, preparing your meals, or alternatively cook for you whilst you sit and relax!
Coming Home from Hospital
After being discharged from hospital you may need support during your recovery process. You can choose the length of support you require; this can be as short as one hour or as long as a few months.
If you require support beyond this timeframe, then another assessment would need to be completed and a care package tailored according to your needs can be created specifically for you.

We can provide travel training to help you tackle travel anxiety and regain independence using transport services.
Our caregivers will accompany you for however long as you feel that is necessary and take a step back once you have memorised certain routes and you are confident enough to travel independently.
