Where we started from

Kiran Mahmood and Nargis Mahmood (Company Directors) have been passionate about caring for vulnerable adults and the elderly since a young age. They feel through the concept of this business they are able to bring their passion into reality.

“We come from a collective cultural background that teaches us to put others first and promote care, empathy, respect, and affection to those who need it the most. Evidencing poor quality of care delivered to vulnerable people in our community made us feel upset and powerless as we did not have the authority to make positive changes in their lives. We also recognised that post pandemic, had a sudden acceleration in the growth of personalised care for people in their homes due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Consequently, the numbers of home-care providers in both the Bradford District and West Yorkshire region were struggling to cope with the ever growing demands and schedules leaving vulnerable people at risk. Witnessing this has honoured us to serve the community through our newly established domiciliary care service.”
